Omega Renk offers an extensive product range, producing components from as small as 20 mm in diameter to as large as 2700 mm. The company manufactures cylindrical, offset, adjustable, four-lobe, and tilting pad bearings, along with thrust and guide pad inserts, runners, and housing jackets.

At the core of Omega Renk's operations lies a commitment to conducting business in a sustainable, responsible, and ethical manner. The company has set an ambitious goal of achieving carbon neutrality by the mid-2030s.

Since 2013, Omega Renk operates a 1.5 MW captive solar power plant. In 2011, the company built one of Central India's first LEED Platinum Net Zero Energy Green Buildings. In 2025, an additional 250 kW rooftop solar system was installed — with plans to scale to 850 kW.
